Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 6 crushed cardamom pods
- 1 or 2 vanilla beans
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 tablespoon fennel seeds
- 1 cup coconut, rice, soy, or hemp milk
- 3 tablespoons cacao nibs
Instructions
- Boil water, cardamom, vanilla, cinnamon, and fennel seeds for 5 minutes.
- Let it stand for 5 more minutes.
- Stir in coconut milk and cacao nibs.
- Strain the chai and serve.
